Dave brings a ray of sunshine to the Christmas season

DAVE IS A HO! HO! HO! WINNER

A wet windy day and the Baxters wrapped up warm and tried to call upon the Christmas spirit to get them through the game. The Autumn Championships had been won easily by Alan, but there was still the glory of the last title to be won and Mike and Tony had their own duel to fight, matchplay and the outright sixth place in the champs.

As it turned out, Tony was an easy winner over Mike, who totally capitulated to the elements, whilst Dave romped away in style by a handy eight stroke margin over Al. Geoff showed some good form, but is starting to juggle pars and blobs too often these days, four pars and five blobs added up to a miserly 108 strokes ... still eleven up on Mike though!
