INTO CONTENTION
- Last hole catch-up steals Steve's
thunder. Con's 7th hole woes continue.

- Steve's dedicated par-tying into the early
hours paid off. Hyped up, he was first to tee off in the front
group with the Bruvs and made pars on the first two and a narrowly
missed par on the third.

- A surprise first outing by Con pinched
nearest the pin from Steve; the only other tee shot on the green.
Con pared the ninth! There was an after match debate over Con's
approach shot - was it a very clever shot to hit the pin just
below the flag to land 6'' from the hole or was he lucky to hit
the pin to stop over overshooting the green? Con had his own
opinion and claimed the pin got in the way and stopped the ball
landing in the hole for a birdie!
