Yet another monthly medal for Geoff, although it looked as if Al had sneaked it on countback. Finally, it was declared that Geoff's handicap had gone up without him being informed. The result: a victory by one!

For the second week running, Mike had a poor round yet was able to do enough to win his matchplay tie, this time against Tony.
