ALAN GIVES GEOFF A FRIGHT

 DOMINANCE THREATENED AS ALAN AND DAVE STRIKE BACK

 Infront of the Stableford by a mile, but a loss to Al on the matchplay with Dave chalking up a 36 pointer gave Geoff a right Halloween scare. the nmatch was tight up until the eighth, where Alan's par gave him two up. The holes were even for a while and then another par made it three up. Wins on the next two left Alan with just the tie on fifteen to win the match.

It looked like Tony for the points this week, until Mike joined the game late. His seven on six let Dave into the lead. Alan managed to hold him for a stretch, but steady scoring and eight points over the last three holes produced a winning 36.
