TONY'S GOLF COACH WAS TOUGH BUT HE GOT RESULTS
It was one of those days. Six players and not a point between to start the round. It was going to be tough and it was tough. In fact, apart from the eleventh, they could only score six pars between them. Ah! the eleventh! Without doubt the greatest scoring hole in Fort Baxter history. Six players holing out in 15 shots. Thats right.... three pars, three birdies. A little something to ease the pain, in a round where only Con could break the hundred mark. With everyone bunching up for the championship, only Tony made a move with a solid 34 points. But, what could have been.... Playing some of the best golf of his life he drubbed Mike 5 & 4 before hitting a 12 on the seventeenth. The other match saw Con move back into contention with a 2&1 victory over Tom.
With a week to go, there are five players with a mere three points between them and Alan just two further back. The greatest season's end ever. Do not miss this one.
